SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Policies

CHUCHU®Skincare ships Worldwide!  We ship daily from Monday to Friday.

For Hong Kong Delivery: We ship via SF Express Courier.
For International Delivery: We ship with Hong Kong Registered Post.

Please note that our merchandise prices are exclusive of all taxes, duties and value added tax (VAT) at destinations. The buyer of the merchandise is responsible to pay for all import duties, custom fees, taxes and VAT which may be levied by the destination countries.

When will my order be shipped?

Upon receipt of your completed order, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to ship.  As freshness is a key part of our philosophy, our items are made in small batches and will usually take a little longer to produce than mass-produced items.

International standard shipping usually takes around 10-20 business days to deliver. Please note that delivery timeline is for reference only. On rare occasions, additional time may be required for custom clearance procedures at destination.

What are the shipping rates?

Hong Kong Shipping Rates: Cash on Delivery or a flat shipping rate of HK$50 for all orders under HK$380.  For orders over HK$380, we offer free local delivery.

International Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are charged to your location based on the weight of your order, and will be calculated automatically at checkout. 

How do I track my order?

For all online orders, you will be emailed at time of shipment with shipping confirmation and tracking information.


ORDERING

Can I change or cancel my order?

CHUCHU®Skincare would love you to review your order and delivery method carefully before submission, as we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted. We are sorry about this!  We will send you an order confirmation email once we received the order.

Are all products shown online available in stock?

CHUCHU®Skincare makes every effort to ensure all products available online are in stock.  In an event of unavailability of a product, we will refund your payment promptly.

 

PAYMENT & PRICING

Can I view product prices in my local currency?

Yes, all CHUCHU®Skincare products are currently priced in HKD.

What payment methods do you accept?

For Hong Kong Orders: We accept payments made with Bank Transfer, Domestic and International Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards and PayPal.  Please contact us at shop@chuchuskincare.com for details on Bank Transfer payment.

For International Orders: We accept payments made with Domestic and International Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards and PayPal.

Please pay within 48 hours upon placing your order. We reserve all rights to cancel the order and relist the item(s) when payment is not received in full.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return & Exchange Policies

CHUCHU®Skincare wants you to be completely satisfied with your order.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will gladly refund your item(s).

  1. Returned item(s) must be new, unworn, unused and in original box, tags and packaging.
  2. Returned item(s) must be received within 30 days of dispatch.
  3. Should you need to return any items, please email us at shop@chuchuskincare.com with your order number.
  4. Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as it will be difficult for us to issue refunds for any returned packages not received.  Returned shipment fees will not be covered.
  5. Once we have received the returned item(s) and confirmed that they meet the above conditions, we will refund the original amount paid on the item(s) returned.  Original shipment fees are non refundable.  Refunds will be issued within 1 week of returns being received.  CHUCHU®Skincare reserves the right to refuse returns not meeting the above conditions.
  6. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all soaps, skincare, earrings, ear cuffs and hair accessories are final sale.

    Can I return or exchange sale items?

    Unfortunately, all products purchased at sale prices are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
